Stussy started as a surfboard shaper in the early 1980s, in Laguna Beach, California, who began to sign his board with what appeared as graffiti signature, Chris Stussy. This scribble would later on become the legendary Stussy logo which is one of the most recognizable logos in the history of streetwear.
